  • Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, festivals, public holidays, or courier delays.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible products and serviceable pin codes across India.

  • Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

  • Orders placed with COD may be verified via phone or message before dispatch.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before you complete your order.

  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be applied automatically at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your shipment status.

  • If you do not receive tracking details, please contact our customer support.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.

  • If the order is undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us.

8. Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged, please do not accept the delivery or record an unboxing video and contact us immediately.

  • Claims for damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
